The annual financial statements of Assore Limited and group annual financial statements for the year ended 30 June 2012, as set out here have been prepared under the supervision of Mr CJ Cory CA(SA), have been audited in accordance with section 30(2)(a) of the Companies Act and were approved by the board of directors in accordance with section 30(3)(c) of the Companies Act on 19 October 2012 and are signed on its behalf by:
